Zdarzylo sie pewnego razu, z Unia Europejska posiadla zlomowisko w samym srodku pustyni. Unia orzekla, z ktos moz dokonac kradziezy ze zlomowiska, zatem stworzyla stanowisko nocnego stroza i zatrudnila do tej pracy czlowieka. Nastepnie Unia powiedziala:
- Jak stroz nocny moz wykonywac swoja prace, kiedy nie dostal instrukcji?
Stworzyla zatem Unia Dzial Planowania i zatrudnila dwoje ludzi - jednego do pisania instrukcji, drugiego do odmierzania czasu pracy. Nastepnie Unia Europejska rzekla:
- Skad moge wiedziec, czy nocny stroz wykonuje swa prace prawidlowo?
Zatem Unia stworzyla dzial Kontroli Pracy i zatrudnila dwoje ludzi, jednego do zbadania problemu, a drugiego do pisania raportow. Nastepnie Unia powiedziala:
- W jakis sposob nalezy tym wszystkim ludziom placic.
Unia stworzyla wiec stanowisko referenta do spraw obliczania czasu pracy i ksiegowego, po czym zatrudnila na te stanowiska dwoje ludzi. I rzekla Unia:
- Kto bedzie odpowiadal za tych ludzi?
I Unia stworzyla Dzial Administracji i zatrudnila w nim troje ludzi - kierownika administracyjnego, jego zastepce i sekretarke. I Unia oznajmila:
- Przez rok przekroczylam budzt o 18 tysiecy, musze zatem dokonac ciec w budzcie.
I zwolnila Unia z pracy nocnego stroza.
